What we collect, and why.

Short and specific: what this website records, what happens when you email us, and how to have your data changed or removed.

Who is responsible

Termindustries (OPC) Private Limited, No. 472/7, Balaji Arcade, AVS Compound, 20th L Cross Road, AVS Layout, Ejipura, Koramangala, Bengaluru 560095, Karnataka, India (CIN: U62011KA2026OPC228898). Write to info@termindustries.com for anything about your data.

No forms, no analytics, no cookies of our own. The pages on termindustries.com are static. We do not track visits. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it has to check that a visitor is not a bot.
Hosting. Cloudflare serves the pages and handles the technical data every web request carries, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Fonts. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them.
Outside India. Cloudflare and Google operate worldwide, so this technical data may be processed outside India.

Demo requests and questions. We receive your email address and what you write, and use them to reply. We keep the correspondence while we are talking to you and for our records afterwards.
Waitlists. If you join the InboxProbe or KhataSheet waitlist, we use your address only to write to you about that product. Joining is your consent to that. Reply "remove" at any time to withdraw it and we take you off the list. We keep the address until you ask to be removed or we stop work on that product, whichever comes first.

Data that a customer organisation puts into the Termindustries Operations Platform is handled under that customer's contract and data processing agreement, not under this page.

Only the services that run this site and our mailbox: Cloudflare (hosting), Google Fonts (typefaces) and our email provider. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.

Email info@termindustries.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to withdraw a consent you gave.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children.

If our answer does not settle it. You may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 provides.
